<p dir="ltr">This anonymised panel dataset contains responses from public-sector medical doctors, professional nurses, and rehabilitation therapists in Gauteng and Mpumalanga provinces, South Africa. The data was collected using a discrete choice experiment (DCE) designed to evaluate the preferences of these health professionals regarding different multiple job holding (MJH) policy interventions.</p>
